What is this blog about?

I've been writing this blog for well over a decade now, over the years articles have come and gone as I have flitted back and forth between different blogging platforms. Currently the blog is running the very hipster friendly Ghost blogging platform and retains many of the articles I've written over the past few years, including some of my most popular articles about web filtering and internet safety.

The entries on this blog tend to fit into one of a few categories:

  • Challenges and projects I encounter day to day, generally relating to technology and the internet.
  • Reviews of gadgets and technology used in and around my home.
  • Opinion pieces relating to any number of topics including but not limited to politics, science, the environment, and psychology.
  • Journal/reflective pieces relating to my journey to become a counselling Psychologist

Who is this blog for?

This blog is not written for any particular audience, when writing blogs I try to imagine what people might be searching for online and essentially write for Google. Alternatively I will sometimes write about things that I find interesting and then share those articles on my social media. I don't envisage that anyone would be adding this blog to their RSS feeds with a few to reading everything I post as quite frankly the topics are so varied I doubt there is anyone who shares all the same interests as me.
