It depends on what you need — so the honest answer is, let's have a chat first. As a guide, most work falls in the region of £100–250 an hour, and I'll always be completely upfront about costs before we begin, so there's never a surprise. A small business just starting out can't afford the same as a large enterprise, and their needs are different — so if budget is a worry, just say so and we'll find an approach that works.

Not at all. Sometimes people want me to get stuck in over a longer period to transform a team or deliver a specific project. Other times a business owner just needs a couple of hours over lunch to get something off their chest and gain a fresh perspective. I'm here for whatever you need.
Almost never — and it's rarely the goal. The best automation I've put in gives people their time back: it takes the repetitive, draining work off their plate so they can focus on customers, ideas and the things they're genuinely good at. We'll be clear from the start about what that freed-up time is for. Done well, automation lets a smaller team behave like a bigger one — without burning anyone out to get there.
Not in the slightest. A big part of my job is translating the technical into plain English and making sensible decisions on your behalf. You don't need to understand how any of it works — you just need to know what you want your business to do. I'll handle the rest, and explain as much or as little as you'd like along the way.
