I’m Kieran Jones, a Yorkshire based business consultant, mentor, and CEO of a multi-million-pound international group of companies. I work directly with founders and leadership teams in businesses of all sizes to help them grow, refine, and strengthen their businesses using the same strategies I apply in my own organisations. My approach blends commercial insight with ethical leadership, practical execution, and a clear focus on sustainable success.
With a background in psychology and formal training in counselling, I am more than your average business consultant, I bring more than just business experience to the table. I know how to listen, analyse, and get to the heart of what’s really going on. Whether it’s strategic uncertainty, operational inefficiencies, or leadership challenges. How much do you cost?
This is the most important question of all. Depending on what you need I typically charge between £100-250 per hour, or £1,000-£1,750 per day. If that seems a lot though don’t panic, get in touch!
I am more than just a business consultant though, more than anything, I love helping businesses grow and succeed and I recognise that a small business just starting out can’t afford the same as a large enterprise, not to mention their needs are different. So get in touch, let’s chat about what you need help with and take it from there. I’m always upfront and honest and 100% transparent with my costs so there is never a surprise.
What types of businesses do you work with?
All types, whether you are an established company with 20 years behind you and 500 staff, or just a newly graduated student with a great idea, I’m here to help.
I know what it’s like to start a business, I did it myself aged 16, and I know what it’s like to run a multi-million pound group of international companies as well. No matter the stage or size of your business I am confident I can help you with expert advice and coaching to realise your potential or overcome whatever challenges you’re encountering.
What can I expect from working with you?
Expect me to be a hands on and honest friend and coach. I will sit with you and just chat about your business, we’ll discuss any areas you specifically want me to focus on but also I want to learn all about you you and your teams and what make you tick.
Expect me to stumble upon ideas of my own, go off on an excited tangents, or make little suggestions as we talk when things come to me. You can expect me to be as enthusiastic and excited about your business as you are and eager to get stuck in.
Is this a long commitment?
Not at all!
Sometimes people want me to get stuck in over a long period of time to help transform a business or team or deliver a specific project.
Other times though a business owner might just need a business consultant for an hour or two chat over a lunch (or a giant ice cream sundae) to get things off their chest and have a fresh perspective on something, I am here for whatever you need.
